The Sanctuary

When it comes to speaking, CONNECTION is key, and that’s one of your best attributes.

Your ability to connect with others comes from knowing that God has called you to share His message.

Maybe your ability to connect with others comes from knowing that God has called you to share His message.

Or perhaps it comes from the fact that you know deep down that God called you to share His unconditional love with every person you come into contact with.

Either way, you’re compelled to HONOR the message in your heart—and share your voice with the world.

Because you have the natural ability to connect with others, you’ll make a significant impact because each person will feel like you’re speaking directly to them.

You lead a purpose-driven life—and your kind nature draws people to you—which translates into an uplifting message.

You’re also as genuine as they get, and you’ll not only connect with your audience—but inspire them to be everything God’s called them to be.

BUT BEING OPEN AND AUTHENTIC DOES HAVE ITS LIMITATIONS.

But being open and authentic does have its limitations. Because you’re so people-oriented, you tend to be too emotional—and others may perceive this as a weakness.

To avoid this, you’ll want to lean on scripture, facts, and data points to substantiate the emotional parts of your message. This will help you gain more credibility and round out your message.

There’s POWER when you lean into your faith and fulfill the calling that God has placed on your heart.

However, you might be feeling a little hesitant about taking center stage and fully embracing your God-given talent.

We’ve all been there before, and the imposter syndrome is real.

You may be telling yourself you…

Shouldn’t share your message because it isn’t “important” or “dynamic” enough.

Fear being rejected if your message isn’t well-received (let’s face it—speaking what God has put on your heart isn’t always easy).

Are afraid when you’re speaking you might lose your train of thought or that you won’t have a compelling enough message.

Feel that it’s too time-consuming to reach out to find speaking opportunities.

Don’t have your act together enough to share your mission to inspire others.

IT’S ONLY NATURAL TO FEEL NERVOUS WHEN IT COMES TO SPEAKING.

Mark Twain once said,

“There are two types of speakers in the world. 1. The nervous and 2. The liars.”

But I’m here to remind you that God has called you to use your voice.

HE’S GIVEN YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME A DYNAMIC SPEAKER

All you have to do is shift your perspective and use your gifts to speak on stage.

But this is easier said than done, right?

That’s why I put together my 3-step plan to go from overwhelmed (and intimidated) to confident and equipped to share your mission.

God has put it on your heart to share His love and redemptive work in the world—but you may feel ill-equipped. I’m here to remind you that God called you to be a light. You have trust in His word and trust that God placed this on your heart because He believes people need to hear what you have to say.

Only you can share the message God has given you. God speaks through His people, and He’s called you to share His message. Understand that the message He’s put on your heart is for you to help others. When you can acknowledge this, you’ll feel more at ease to lead with confidence.

Now that you’ve accepted the purpose God has placed on your heart and you’re ready to serve Him by sharing His message, nothing can hold you back. Your strength comes from Him, which means you don’t have to rely on yourself. It’s time to inhale this confidence and exhale fear—and step forth to change the world with His love.

Speaking is one of the most powerful ways to share God’s word.

Imagine your sweaty palms and racing heart melting away. You walk onto the platform, ready to deliver your message.

Imagine your sweaty palms and racing heart melting away. You walk onto the platform, ready to deliver your message.

Imagine You …

Feel confident in your calling and grateful for the opportunity to share God’s message.

Are at peace, knowing you bring value to your audience and will help them grow closer to Christ.

Surrender yourself to Him because you know you’re fulfilling His purpose for you in life.

Accept that your voice is a gift from GOD and you’re responsible for speaking His truth. After all, He created you for this—and it’s time to take the leap and trust His will.

Feel like God has put you there so He can touch others through you.

This is all possible, keep reading, and I’ll tell you how…

Are you ready to take the stage and nail your next speaking event?

Here are my THREE insider secrets

to help you:

Secret #1: Open in the middle of the action (skip your intro)

A good story starts in the action; it’s known as the “hook” and makes people pay attention to what you have to say.

Secret #2: Captivate your audience by being YOU

People love your compelling personality and will get behind your mission because you have a natural ability to command your audience’s attention.

Plus, when God and his Spirit lead you, you don’t have to worry about having everything perfect—you just have to make sure you’re listening to HIs voice and speaking His truth.

Secret #3: Close strong with a takeaway that’ll yield results

As you close out your message, outline the next steps your audience needs to move forward in whatever God is calling them to do.

Give them the tools and resources they need to see real change in their lives.

I feel more confident in WHY Christ called me to speak because I’m making my ministry all about HIM!

I knew God called me to ministry, but I didn’t want it to be about me. Mary has a beautiful way of teaching each component of speaking (and serving!). She has helped me refine my message, my stage presence and gave me the confidence to put myself out there as a speaker.

Thanks to Mary, I’m already getting booked for events!”

Are you a speaker who needs someone to hold you accountable to a vision, a plan, or a purpose?

Hi! I’m Mary (nice to meet you!)

I’m a combination of a message craft master and an event business expert. I also  have over 20 years on the stage, behind the stage, and booking others onto the stage.

I’ve ALWAYS loved to talk. In fact, one of my sixth-grade teachers often commented on my love for speaking (in my report card, of course).

God has called me to share my voice (and knowledge) to help educate and encourage other Christian communicators to deliver a message that matters and CONNECTS from the stage.

Over the past two decades, I’ve spoken in front of thousands of people across the U.S.—from church services to business conferences. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented Christian-based speakers in the industry (yes, if I told you their names, you’d know who they are).

Now I’ve taken my decades of experience—along with my take-action personality—to help you develop the confidence to put yourself out there and get booked for the events you feel called to speak at.

I’ve known Mary for more years than I can remember. I’ve watched her go from speaker to event planner to tour producer and she masters each role.

She’s the real deal; she cares deeply for all but her love for speakers is evident as she works to serve them.

And Mary produced my first tour— Encounter.

And I’m excited that we’ll be out on the road together soon. Mary is fun, she’s real, she’s relatableand she knows the speaker world.
