God has called you to this, and He’s equipping you for this. He needs you healthy, and a part of that is making sure you are well-rested and well-grounded in the Word of God.” – Mary R Snyder.

Today I will be sharing advice on how to set boundaries for yourself and come up with a system or ritual that takes care of you throughout your speaking career.

Highlights from today include:

  • Setting aside time to be alone (2:06)
  • Pampering yourself while at an event (4:49)
  • Taking time for yourself after an event (5:56)
  • Setting up the systems that are going to take care of you (8:34)
  • Connecting with your event planner to better serve your audience (10:32)
  • Remembering your boundaries and rituals to take care of yourself (12:14)

I hope going forward, you can set aside time for yourself to not only relax but also spend an extra moment with God during an event.
