Have you ever found yourself saying, “I’m just not a confident and charismatic speaker like XYZ is”. That is exactly why I put together this three-part series on what it means to be charismatic on stage. Now, when I say charismatic, what do I mean? This is someone people want to listen to and get booked to speak at their church or event. Someone who gets so many bookings that people need to book them more than 6 months in advance. My goal is to make sure you have everything you need to own the stage and become that speaker, so listen in!
Part three of this series discussed how to create warmth on stage. In this third and final episode, I wrap up the series talking about speaker competence.
Highlights from this episode include:
- Why you are the most competent person to give this message
- Vocal competence
- Stage presence and body language
- The importance of using your body as a speaker
God has given you this message and He is equipping you with all the tools that you will need. My prayer is that you will use your stage presence to connect with that audience in a way that brings warmth and competence to the message that He has given you. Don’t ever give up because your message matters. Do you believe that?
